  • The Hot Stapler fuses a staple by melting it into the plastic. This can be used in a stitch pattern to re-enforce a tear in the plastic .
  • Torn tabs are no longer a problem as a repair can be made to re-create the original strength.
  • Broken fittings on headlight assemblies or any plastic component can be made using one of the four types of staples included with the kit.
  • Includes 50 each of the following stainless steel staples:
    • “S” staple - for a stitch pattern or to work around round mounting holes 
    • “Z” staple - for a tighter stitch or for use on the edge with a limited amount of space
    • “M” staple - for use on outside 90 degree edges
    • “V” staple - for use on an inside 90 degree edges
    • "N" staple -for high vibration areas 
    • "U" staple - for rounded corners or curved areas
    • "W" Staple -  for thick or angled plastic parts
